Algal Taco

Fried taco filled with potato and seaweed (dulse and Ulva) tossed in a guajillo chile salsa, topped with kelpy salt and a sprig of ogo, served with a zippy cilantro-tomatillo sauce. Served with a side of lightly dressed cabbage and radish. Vegan

 

Abalone Taco

Fried taco filled with red abalone (Haliotis rufescens) from Monterey Abalone Company, marinated in tamari and ground cumin, topped with kelpy cotija and a fresh tomato salsa. Served with a side of lightly dressed cabbage and radish. Contains shellfish

 

Rockfish Taco 

Fried taco filled with local rockfish marinated in fish sauce and tamari, topped with kelpy cotija and a fresh tomato salsa, served with a side of lightly dressed cabbage and radish.

 

Kelpy Broth

A delicious dashi/tomato/kimchi/guajillo broth for shooting or dunking. Vegan
